Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the event of:-

For Web Designing Projects

1) We didn't start your project at all or we're unable to start soon.
2) You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment

For Web Development Projects

For Web Development projects including Wordpress, Joomla, E-commerce design & development, Custom PHP Development, total project cost is usually divided into two parts. Based on project requirement and specification design and development cost can be different.

For example in a $400 project, $150 is design part and $250 is development part. So in case after design approval if we are unable to finish the project then you'll get $250 refund.

Once design and development is done and after that if you don't want to continue, then there won't be any refund whatsoever.

For Web Hosting:

There is unconditional 30 days money back guarantee.

For Domain Registration:

As domain registration can’t be deactivated for one year after activation process. So there will be no refund in any conditions in this case.

For Internet Marketing:

In SEO or internet marketing projects if the work will not be started within the given time then we will refund the amount after deducting the process fees.
